Dear Mr. Ziegler,
Sorry it took me a couple of weeks to write this letter. I can't tell you how exciting and inspirational your seminar was. Your simple back to the basics approach driven by the importance of training and product knowledge and enthusiasm every step of the way, it is in my opinion a prescription for success in our business. (Maybe I should call you Dr. Ziegler).
Last but not least I will say that your professionalism and personal excitement toward this industry bring to center stage and unparalleled ingredient that only comes from someone who has, is, and will always practice what he preaches.
