You must be the luckiest car guy; you must receive many letters like this. After our newly promoted sales manager (Chad) came back from your seminar, he has been nothing less of a fireball! Our sales people fell right into place with the correct ways to handle customers and they are making money.

The neatest thing happened when Chad said he wanted to take down the brochure stand. We sold a Trailblazer the nest day to a customer which came in only for the brochure. Funny how little things make a big difference.
