I am writing this letter in reference to the Menu Selling seminar, that I
recently attended in Norfolk, VA.
First and foremost, Becky Chernek is a dynamic instructor, that insists
everybody gets Menu Selling in their blood. At first, I was reluctant to
attend as a Sales Manager, but when I returned to my store and applied
the training, the front and back and gross went up approximately
$1,000.00 dollars.
This class is a must for F&I Managers as well as Sales Managers
