Jim,

Thanks for the great info at the sales manager workshop January 13. I have been in this business 12 years, many trainers, and have never been this energized about my chosen field. Mr. Kain did the right thing by sending myself to your class. Mr. Kain is such a role model himself to work for. His practices are untouched by the deceptive practices we are thought of doing on a daily basis in the industry.

As Chairman of the N.A.D.A., he will represent us well.

Jim, anytime I have a chance to see you, I will make every effort to attend. Look forward to the newsletter and reading your material. I hope we can schedule yourself or Rico to visit and train the rest of our staff.
