It's a fabulous day here at the Connecticut Automotive Retailers Association. We have excited
members and a happy sponsor. How good can life get?
Seriously, Jim, your seminar on "The Battle Plan" was dynamic and high intensity, just as you
promised. We have never received such positive comments on any other seminar that we have
presented. My only regret is that we did not schedule a full day with you.
As a meeting planner, it was a pleasure to work with you and your staff. Your professionalism
and organization made the meeting easy to plan and a breeze to run.
We can clearly see that our members have already begun to implement the ideas you gave
them during the workshop. Just a glance at Saturday edition of The Hartford Courant showed
dealers mixing prices and payments in their ads. We have also received many calls from our
members who are considering your idea of placing price labels on used vehicles.
You certainly lived up to your reputation as a man with ideas. Thanks for giving us a spectacular
presentation.
