Jim Z, BRAVO !!!! Attended your "Battle Plan and Managers Forum" training seminars in New Jersey and the results are, well, beyond words..........
In addition to my sales/leasing experience, I have spent many hours in the "Service Area" of the automotive industry....The Ziegler Supersystem would certainly transcribe to the service dept....
May have some ideas if you have not already developed such a system...
