The Platinum
Program is a yearly contract designed to provide your
dealership comprehensive support with maximum value and convenience.
This 12 month program
delivers a 3 part approach for increasing unit growth and
profitability at your dealership.
Onsite
Consulting and Training : The program
provides 3-4 days of
onsite consulting
every
other
month (6 visits) for 1 year. *
Seminar Attendance : Unlimited
number of managers are eligible
to attend both our
Sales Manager Workshop at no charge.
(Attendance must occur during 12 month agreement)
Telephone Support : A
member of our consulting team is available
to answer your
questions in between onsite visits and attendance at
seminars. No
additional cost.
This program is
designed for dealerships large and small. Larger volume stores would
be scheduled for 4-day onsite consulting visits, while smaller
locations would receive 3-day visits.

A question might be...How can I benefit
from this program?
Consider the following scenario:
Mr. Customer's Question:
Kirk, am I reading this right? $7,000
per month for a year program? $84,000 per year? Must be a typo...
Plus expenses? You guys are good, but not that good.
Kirk's Answer:
I appreciate your response. While at
first glance this program may not seem cost effective, consider that
an average dealer will sell 1,200-1,500 units annually. Our program
cost represents less than $75 per vehicle sold during that year.
While results may vary for each of the
dealers we work with, it is not uncommon that we increase our
clients per unit gross by $350-$500. When considering Return On
Investment (ROI), the program actually pays for itself very quickly.
This assumes no increase in volume, which would be very unlikely,
but I would prefer to be conservative in our estimates.
The 4-day program may not be cost
effective for your location based on present volume, perhaps the
3-day program at $5,250 might be a better match.
The savings on seminar attendance is
also a great value and could represent a significant savings for
your company.
